Zegarra-MV Zrt. is a holding and operating entity responsible for the governance, coordination and long-term structuring of a global culinary system.
As holder of the system’s intellectual property and its contractual signatory, the company establishes the supra-institutional architecture that connects the global culinary value chain — producers, professionals, governments, associations and professional bodies, and capital — while allowing each affiliated body to operate under its own leadership and defined mandate.
